Patient Pickup Service Terms and Conditions

1. Free and No Obligation Service
The pickup service for patients with appointments at Bienstar Medical Center is completely free and does not entail any obligation for the patient.
2. Service Availability
Bienestar Medical Center will make every effort to accommodate patients for their appointment, except in circumstances of force majeure.
3. Confirmation and Coverage
The availability of transportation services will be confirmed directly with the patient, once it has been verified that the distance between their home and the medical center is less than 10 miles. If the distance is greater or there is no space available, the medical center is exempt from any liability.
4. Patient's Health Status
Bienestar Medical Center is not responsible for the patient's health status prior to their medical appointment.
5. Disclaimer
The inability to provide transportation services due to distance, lack of space, or other circumstances beyond the center's control will not generate any liability for Bienestar Medical Center.
